The English Program of MD Kirk School of Law will be designed to provide students whose first language is not English with the necessary English
skills to effectively and efficiently study, and practice, law. The aim of English program is to allow
candidates to demonstrate to educational and training institutions their ability to follow a course of legal study
where a significant portion of the instruction is in English. The content of English program is comprised of Reading,
Writing, Listening and Speaking. Each test is based on realistic texts, tasks and topics similar to those practitioners
would expect to encounter in their daily working lives.
